I got mine settled 5,500 to settle 32K of debt. Donated the house to a no-profit, that should about offset the 1099-C that I will be dealing with in April.

Even bigger of a bummer is I might not be able to make it now thanks to my freaking son. At the last minute he says he has a test at noon on Wednesday.

I might go up with my brother in law a day ahead of time though.
