Some of the cons don't show themselves in most cars but I see them every so often. Minor low throttle Enleanment (which can easily be tuned out) as well as high timing numbers (the MAFT sends less pulses to the ECU than the stock MAF so a tweak must be made there). None of these issues are serious and can be tuned out with enough seat time.
So is there any advantage to having maft pro over the base maft?

None. Stick with the older style with the 4 knobs.

I run the Maf-t Gen 1 with GM 3" maf in blowthrough with great results (on EMU). Having a long ish straight pipe before the MAF in blowthough works wonders, also don't de-screen the air meter..

Question: I have someone installing a Pampena 3.1 in my '95 VR-4 Spyder but don't have the time right now to work with a Chrome ECU. My question is: Will I get any benefit out of adding a Montero 482 Maf and 3S Adapter Harness now? Is it even feasible?

Stock is fine unless you want to change what load you see. I didn't have to.
