The Stealth has both, however, it has been repainted and is a different shade of white. I have a white N/A RT as well and they are noticeably different.

I'd have to check, but I'm really not keen on shipping larger items. The only reasonably priced method is Greyhound and I don't have a station near me. Might be able to do the fender easy enough. Let me check.

The only 1g TT car I have is a Stealth and it wouldn't have the Active Aero stuff on it. Not sure if there are any other differences between 3kgt and Stealth harnesses or not
