Actually, yes - I found a world of difference between the 80 and 100-proof, and if you don't believe me, take about a three inch Serrano, give it about five serious chews, and dump about 2oz of SC100 on top of it.

Chew slowly and savor.

Repeat until you have no peppers or So. Comfort left.
