bouncing A/F

So my car is undrivable due to it stars off rich at 11.2 af then warms up and drives for 3min normal at 14.7-15.3 then the carfreaks out and bounces to lean max then bounce normal to rich just all over the place car willl start jumping. If you ride that out which is painfull it will go 11.2-12.0 a/f for the rest of the drive if i wot 10.0 af no mater what in boost.
i replaced maf and stilll the same check for leaks and looked at regulator if its working or not and it is. please help me out here.

May be worth changing the coolant temp sensor for the ECU first?, have you got a logger to see what the ecu is doing?.

if you suspect the coolant sensor just unplug it. Failsafe is 178 degrees F.
