The 99 was the death of the 3000GT. It was WAY ahead of it's time......and probably the ugliest one. That wing would fly today though.

Agreed. He would have been better off with a 98 or something. Besides...true 3/s owners know the 96 tt is the holy grail, not the 99 vr4.

p.s.
3/s interior is WAY better than the "I'm surrounded by plastic everywhere" GM and Ford interiors.

I like the article, but I've rode in a lot of "luxury" cars and I really don't see how our interior always seems to be a joke to people? Get in a 99 vette, camaro, mustang, etc. Tell me our interior isn't badass compared to that.
