Yes, they have been disabled, boost is steady, there is another issue there somewhere. I can feel the surging almost constantly during light to medium acceleration, etc, either under vacuum or boost. It only seems to be during closed loop. It's not horrible, but it's enough to be annoying. When the surging occurs, the only way I can describe, (and I'm horrible at describing things), if you were to accelerate a bit or a lot and if you've ever had your AFR very very lean.... it's like the engine/turbos go about as usual, but something is holding it back, there is just very little acceleration happening. The second it switches to open loop and AFR richen up, it smoothes right out and accelerates like normal, no problems, which is why I'm thinking it's a lean condition. I'm going to do some logs and pinpoint exactly when this is happening and see if anything shows unusual.
