Finally! Finally!! FINALLY!!!! They're BACK on the market again! After a 3-year hiatus, 3SX has stepped up and brought back the popular polyurethane bushing kits. Ultimately, 3SX bought out the molds and production rights form the former manufacturer who stopped making them for us, and we are now producing these kits once again!

Bushing kits for the 3000GT/Stealth! Our beloved cars are only getting older and time has a nasty way of taking its toll on various parts of the car. Rubber bushings over the years suffer from wear and dry-rot, resulting in a "looser" car. There are a lot of rubber bushings throughout the underside of the car for suspension, drivetrain, and subframe components. These custom made bushing kits replace various rubber bushings with polyurethane bushings, resulting in a better performing car as the various underside components affected don't have unwanted extraneous movement.

And with the 2014 re-introduction of these kits we have improved them by using a stronger poly than before! We are now using the same poly stiffness as what we have been using in our 3SX Poly Motor Mounts for over 10 years. This will result in both a better car after replacing the worn rubber bushings as well as a longer lasting bushing to support these heavy cars.

Are you willing to sell sets for complete rear end and Diff instead of having to buy all the kits to get whats needed?

Yes, right at $900 and use the shipping code for all 3 kits. It's not so much longevity issues as the old poly always just felt a bit soft in the hands and we all know these are fairly heavy cars... We did have a couple reports of "accelerated wear" on the old kits, but one never knows if it's from mis-installation (we KNEW of a couple of those from not reading the directions....) or high abuse or actual material failure or just the poly having a different feel from the rubber and it being driver perception...? We've not heard anything in years from previous buyers about any failures so, again, longevity wasn't the issue. The only thing we have heard is"when are they coming out again" inquiries. The old kits were 80A durometer and the new ones are 90A, so yes, they are a firmer poly and we feel much better suited for the 3S platform.

And we are currently not set up for partial-kits. Perhaps we will look at that in the future, though.

How about any concerns with joints that are Multi-axis, like the trailing arms for AWS, any concerns that the poly bushing there is not going to allow for that.

Trailing arms, Steve. Forward bushing on the trailing arm is multi axis.

The hot ticket is stock bushing with limiters put it to limit it's deflection amount under load. But our AWS system relies on the weakness of the stock bushing to work, so if it was replaced with poly not only will you cause bind but AWS won't be able to steer the rear wheels. With AWS delete I'm unsure of any gain there would be replacing the bushing unless going straight to a bearing to remove the stiction of the bushing.
