I need some advice/ help with my cars terribly weird jerking!

Are the cam/crank sensor the same thing cause I'm seeing multiple things for that name, one is silver and costs 230$ the other is black with a wire and costs 60-90$

Yes CAS is cam and/or crank sensor. Your CAS is the silver one on your rear head. That style was used on 91 and 92. 93+ went to a separate cam and crank sensor and they are the small black ones with a wire.

It is highly unlikely your car had a EGR. Very, very few first gen NA's had an EGR from the factory. If it did and was deleted you can look at the back of the intake manifold. Look closer to the throttle body side and there would be a small metal plate that would be bolted to a flat area. If there is no flat area, and no plate, then your car never had EGR.

Start with the cheapest diagnosis first. It doesn't cost anything to look at the ECU. If you open it up and it is clean, then you can move on from there.

Check that the idle set screw is actually IN the throttle body. My car ran super funky when that mysteriously disappeared.

Problem fixed! Injectors were terrible and the fuel rail was plugged, knew it once I put 91 octane in. Cleared it a up a bit. The root of the problem however was my gast tank, which when I took off had so much rust in it you could reach in an grab a handful, know wonder my gas gauge always read more than it should lol
