    Wiring for washers

So I am deleting the front washer bottle from the engine bay and I am going to use the rear reservoir for my feed. I have looked at the wiring on the switches to the pumps and I think it should be a simple running of a wire from pin 2 on D-37 (rear wiper switch) to pin 8 on c-11 (front column switch). I am not really sure as I am relatively new to reading circuitry and was wondering if someone more experienced could tell me if I am correct?

I did the same thing. However, the pump in the rear isn't strong enough to send the fluid all the way to the front for some reason.

Since I deleted EVAP I used the old hardline to run the fluid forward. I've been planning on putting a pump in up front and wiring it to run both pumps off the same switch but just haven't gotten to it yet.

You are correct with the wiring though, both LG wires need to be wired together. This would also run both pumps at the same time if you do it that way too.

Thanks man. How did you have your line routed when you tried to use the rear washer bottle? Down the pass side then out through the engine bay wiring harness grommet? Was there not enough pressure to get the sprayers to spray?

The line from the rear tank goes through the grommet for the fuel injector harness and then over top of the fuel tank to the EVAP line. The EVAP line comes out between the firewall and the subframe right near where the front washer tank goes. I just ran the hose up to the hood.

I've held down the button for a while and nothing has come out. So I think I'll drop in a pump right where the EVAP line comes out by the firewall and wire those two Light Green wires together. That will energize both pumps simultaneously and hopefully push it up to the squirters.

I think I will try a different routing for the sprayer line and see if I can get any better results. Something should have at lease come out; a few drops I would imagine.

Yep, So I looked into it again last night and I'm not getting any fluid out of the pump, it has a clear line coming off of it and it's empty. I can hear the pump running, and the tank is full, so maybe there is something wrong with the pump or impeller.

Got mine routed to the front. It Could use a little extra pressure, but for the most part they work. Maybe hotwire it off of my sub wire lol. Still need to patch the wire from switch to the column.
