Haha. That bay and interior just doesnt look like it has all that done. I cant see the two gauges or turbo timer either, unless thats them right in front of that ugly ass shift boot . I thought the Galant VR4's said VR4 on the grill....

I believe that car has it all done. Most galant owners like to keep it looking stock.

Laws change alot, we are required to have them, but they cant pull you over solely for that. It has to be something else they pull you over for, like speeding or burnt out tail lights or expired tags or something, then they can add that to the list of things the man holds you down with.
I had very little experience with Saab in the past. Its a decent car. gearing is great, T25 is a good turbo for that car. It even has a front mount intercooler stock. and all the turbo charge pipes are hard pipe stock. Also it runs off manifold pressure instead of mass airflow. it drives real smooth and is amazingly fast. and gets over 500 miles to the tank.
The Galant has a pretty big front mount, cant see it though cause previous owner painted it black. All charge pipes are hard piped, which is nice but a pain in the arse to take on and off cause everything has to go on just right.
If Montero was turbo, I would probably have one too. Shoot, if the Mitsubishi van was turbo, like a bunch I see on youtube, That would be awesome too, rear wheel drive and all. Though there is a Starion/Conquest combo for sale up here on Craigslist.
