Oh, to qualify, it works great from Tactrix to Evoscan logging (Has from the beginnig).
Were I am having the problem is trying to log from Blackstealth LCDBC passthrough to Evoscan logging.
It seems that the LCDBC sends it out it OBD1 fashion and maybe I do not have an FTDI approved serial to usb cable like I thought I had.
Although would it not have to be FTDI compliant to work with the Tactrix?
Thanks for all the input. I thought I should circle back through here to update. I started another thread because I thought I had another problem, but they're all kinda wrapped up together.
I pulled the Jester Chrome ECU and put the stock one back in so I could see what code it was throwing. Sure enough, it was also showing a TPS. So, it certainly appears that there is nothing at all wrong with my Jester ECU or it's current flash. It really was just trying to tell me the TPS is bad. At least that's what it looks like.
I put the new ECU back in since part of the reason for buying it was to take care of the stock cap issue. And it sure is easier to pull codes from that OBDII ECU. I'll get a TPS and I suspect the car will be better than new.
I'm still going to need to figure out why I can't get my computer to talk to the ECU, but for now, I just want to fix the car.

Posting a conclusion to this thread too. I put a new TPS on the car and everything is good. No CELs or problems. The car is better than new, and the Chrome ECU I got from 3SX does indeed seem to be flashed exactly as need be to be completely plug and play on our '91 Stealth. The car is happy and fantastic again.
Thanks for all the help!
