I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to take more walks but I don't think that will trim me down to something around 140lbs. And for me to drop down to something 175lbs probably wouldn't be very healthy let alone something as light as 140lbs.

According to BMI someone of my size should be 140 lbs. I was 140 lbs when I was 19 and was friggin scrawny. Right now I am around 170 and would have no issue staying at that weight, as long as I could lose body fat and put muscle in its place.

That being said, I am not going to drop to 140 lbs just to ride something either. LOL
