Chrome can do AE.

It requires a lot to install AA into a car that didn't come with it. You'll need to save all the body/chassy wire harnesses along with the AA ECU which mounts in the trunk.

I know guys who have done their own wiring setup using relays. One of the Chrome custom outputs could be used to trigger those relays.

*note: it's not worth it. :P
At one point I thought you had stated that Chrome could adjust the speed at which AA was engaged. If the OP has Chrome and Chrome is capable of outputting a speed based trigger signal (ground or +12v doesn't matter), I could use that signal to build a diy circuit that would do the general up/down functionality of the rear wing.

I think you are still a little confused, I blame it on post NG withdrawl.

I only sold my wing to Jack, my car is still at home in my garage with pieces of blue painter's tape covering the mounting holes for the wing.
