Viewsonic Pro9000 is currently the leading candidate
The Viewsonic Pro9000 is the ONLY candidate meeting your criteria. (EDIT: I just saw dbest's recommendation. It appears that does meet your criteria. I still think there's more benefit to just going with a cheaper conventional projector light source.)

Frankly, I think you should just scrap the idea of getting LED/Laser light in a projector. Most projectors using that technology are the business/conference type projectors, and most do not offer 1080P resolution. There are very good sub $1000 1080P projectors out there now that meet your resolution and brightness requirements, and with a price point of $850 for one like the Epson 2030, with a lamp life of 5000 hours and 2000 lumens, you don't need to buy another bulb. By the time you'd need to, just buy a newer projector.

I've decided to hold off a bit longer. I have a feeling that 4k projectors will be down the pike soon...and a lot more selection for laser/LED. If my current 37" TV conks out, it's not that expensive (relatively) to buy a 50"-class LED tv replacement. I think I'll hold out until I find something that I REALLY, REALLY want. Unfortunately, projectors are usually snubbed by black-friday sales; and this year was no different.
