no april it wasnt my intent!(sorry if it appeared that way?) however it just woulda been nice to know though? but at same time it was a bit of a factor as it was kinda tough wanting to send it out an item only to know i was only gonna be hung drawn and quartered anyways! trust me this situation has already cost me a 100 times more in lost sales ect and in buying as well! but it seems everyone has been more focused in trying to bash me and continue to creating tension than than actually wanting anything resolved? which i would be one of many goals moderators would try and strive for?(you know mediate/moderate ect ect and try to gets sides to work things out as opposed to trying to stir up the pot more?) so hopefully thats what we can do?? thanks Jim

No, it the fact you seem to want to blame everybody else for this. If you truly wanted this to be resolved, you could have contacted me or him via here or hell if you actually cared you would have created another user name to get it worked out. But instead you just said "F it". "Stir up the pot", this transaction is over a year old now LOL.

It's simple, if you want to make it right then either refund the guy's money or ship his parts.

well as i've said a thousand times that everything surfaces in life and i also believe in karma so that being said also remember that people(members)aren't stupid lol! so if they see that i am willing to do whatever it takes to make things right and the other party shows no interest in doing anything but bashing that will also come back and bite those people in the back side as well lol! i have tons of happy customers/friends on both sites(this and 3si) as well as many other sites such as car audio forums ect ect! that i have done buisness with over the last 10-15yrs(as i didn't just join yesterday lol!)people can generally sift through the Bs pretty quickly and figure things out! i have nothing to hide and am not going anywhere lol! and i'm still getting tons of calls!(as i have tons of repeat customers!) good thing is everytime you comment you take me my post right back to the top of the page(thanks!!!)

did you contact Ebay as they or Paypal will usually refund your $ and hold seller accountable? although Ebay has really gotten sloppy/greedy over last few yrs and their customer service isn't what it used to be!!!

Yet another day/post of BS. If you wanted this to end, you would go through your PayPal account to find daneboy5 payment information and send the refund. That way you can be done with it, but instead you rather piss and moan about it. Think at this point he doesn't want the side skirts LOL.

eBay has nothing to do with anything if a person bought something from a forum ad. And PayPal only allows 45 days to file a claim with non-ebay transactions.
