    You have to understand I am running stock fpr and pretty much the biggest in tank pump you can get and really big injectors and my idle is rock solid.



    I even ran it on 93 setup the same way and had no idle issues.

    So I stopped by auto zone and got the 90 degree elbow I needed and got the fuel pressure gauge hooked up.....tested fpr 51 psi on a cold start......unhooked vacuum line and no change. looks like my fpr is bad? Got the new regulator in and will be installing after dinner.

    no, if it doesn't change it just may mean that is as low as it can be. The stock fpr can only flow so much, regardless of the signal sent to it. once you flow enough fuel to get over that hump the signal will be effective.

    I see what your saying, would that not confuse the hell out of the ecu though?

    no not really. you tune the idle and its fine. It just means the injectors act larger at idle.

    Awesome, thanks bro. I got the my gauge fixed last night and got the new FPR in so tonight ill get base pressure set see how it feels.

    fuel pressure regulator did nothing to help the issue
