how do you guys shorten the msd or ngk? do you take the plug end of the wire a part and then cut it? or is the coil end easier to shorten? I have a set of MSD on order.

The plug end of my seadoo wires were threaded, so you just unscrew, cut to the length you want and screw the end back on!

They're all crimped... The coil end is the only end you have a prayer of getting apart without damage. You'll need a crimp tool with a "W" crimp to put them back together.

Could be a combination. The actual wires have Yazaki printed on them. Maybe the boots are sourced from NGK.

I can confirm that accel wires fit properly. Fixed my issue of wires falling out of the coils too...
