Hello, I just had my stock muffler on my 1993 TT break the stud for the "active exhaust" . The valve is now in the sport mode which is alot louder than I would like to be driving around with. What are options here, has anyone modified the exhaust to stay in one position or the other, can you open up the bottom nipple and rotate the valve maybe, and reweld ? Exhaust is in great shape, I'll call the dealer for a new one but I am not expecting to find one.
