Jeff...I'm not so sure, but who knows - another couple of miles up the road it's still solid ice - took this pic (apologies for the cell-pic) from our water treatment facility across the highway from the plant; it's about 400' higher, and the white you see about four miles out is where the REST of the ice starts:
