I would go if I find a decent rate to pitsburgh, decent is 400 max RT ,if you jump through hoops it $500, normal flights are $600 and I have tried SD LAX Orange county , Ontario and palm Springs, sofar no go. I will keep looking everyday.

I imagine Mid-Ohio would be pricey but if you can pull that off I'll be there for sure.

If we're stepping up to that level of tracks I could help plan an NG around here. Watkins Glen and a dragstrip (nice and affordable) are pretty close to each other.

True but it's a lot less likely I'd head up there if it wasn't connected to an event. Where as I found out about Pitt Race from the NG stuff and might starting doing their track days as often as I can afford because it's only 45 minutes away.
