Your idle (low) trims are pegged at the max number. If you've let it idle at least 20 minutes and these are the results then you need to take away fuel below 100 Hz.

how do i take away fuel by 100hz? I've been read a lot but im still dumb
I found your saying "If the low trims peg at +12.5 then you need to lower VE below 100 Hz. If they peg at -12.5 then you need to raise VE below 100 Hz. Don't bother looking at the trims at WOT."
just like 5min ago trying to figure out VE???

If the trims are maxed in the positive, the ECU needs to add more fuel to get closed loop to function. Therefore he needs to add 12% to the VE table below 100hz.

No such thing as a stupid question. You're not the first nor the last to ask how to tune the trims.
