I removed the clamp first. It makes the big snap ring easier to get to.

I had to pry a little to get them apart.

Since they don't seem to sell a good pair of large snap ring pliers around here I modded a pair of pliers with a grinder and it worked pretty good.

    little more prying

I lined the arrow on the nut to the dowel hole then also used a sharpie. (of course the sharpie can come off easy when cleaning)

on the compressor side I marked the wheel and the nut so when putting it back together I had a good idea how hard to tighten it down. I put a lite scratch on the wheel and housing because when cleaning I know I would remove the sharpie mark there.

I just realized how little pictures I took putting it back together. LOL

I just oiled the hell out of every thing and put it back like I took it apart.

    Yea no more shaft play!

look how fast they rust, how and pauls handy work.

    car in its current state

this was suppost to be a pic of how you have to bend a na to fit a tt fuel pump. Its not much and the worm clamp is just for insurance

that clutch is going to hate life

I meant to take the picture before I taped the resistors and wiring up so someone could verify that I put them in the right spots.

I need a better looking valve cover.
