i have a logger set up and its not knocking.

i have only been able to work on the car here and there, which is why the posts are so far apart.. everytime im getting progress though

my question is how do you know to go up or down on the gap?
A safe bet is to set it at .25 especially since you plan to crank up the boost later on down the line. I would pull the autolites out and put in what I posted above.

Have you boost pressure tested the car? how many lbs?

    sorry im being a pain

    so im at .032

    nomiez is saying .025

is there a straightforward way to check/test if im gettin blowout at my gap (.032) or just listen for misfires/pops? im quite happy with the output right now at 18psi..

yes i pressure tested to 25psi, it leaked about 3 psi in 10 minutes.... dont think thats a show stopper but

im going to look into getting new plugs and gapping lower, then putting more boost maybe this weekend if i can find time

You will see misfire in your logs. I am starting at 27~ with a DLI. Trial, and error is the test.

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

So I disabled dual narrowband and the rear ltft is logging 2.5%ish.

I wired in my wbo2 (uego) to pin 55. Scaled it as per the manual (5v-20afr 0 -10afr). The wide and is stuck at 10.2 in the log. Looking for solution.... Maybe wrong request? Wide and scaled says BF as request.

Also pin 13 (ground from ecu) was cut. I reconnected it. Any ideas why this May have been cut?

Check Jim's chrome thread for help with the wideband settings, unsure on the ground.

So still no wb logging ... It's wired to pin 55 on the 1g ecu "additional" plug.

I did find why the ground was cut. Some people need to ground the wb gauge to the ecu to get accurate readings.

As for my trims, going off the single narrowband I am able to get ltft down under 2%. I guess I am going to try a new sensor. Is it possible the o2 wires for the front are flipped? I do not use a harness.

If they are can I just cut and swap the wires at the front o2 harness or do I need to get under the ecu?
