In the early days, ABS equipped cars had an on/off button so the driver could disable ABS while driving, this feature was later dropped on newer vehicles. If your ABS is still functioning, why not do the same thing? Add a switch that interrupts the ABS fuse. You can't reach down and pull out the ABS fuse during an emergency stop where ABS is making the situation worse, having a switch that is easy to reach would give control back to the driver.
