Decided to toss my temporary powerade overflow bottle and put together something permanent. Re-purposed my old ebay catch can, but flipped upside down as pictured here at the start....

Welded up an extra hole in the bottom and welded on a mounting tab.

Drilled and tapped a hole at the top for a 90* brass barb for my overflow dump tube.

AND BEFORE YOU ASK...no I don't have any vids. "Maybe" this weekend but don't hold your breath. Lots of family in my house for Easter.

Not sure I will try pump. The creep may not be as bad without ethanol which may get it in a reasonable pump gas boost range but I have e85 locally and generally have my laptop so I can make a quick pump gas tune in an emergency. I already have an ethanol sensor plumbed. Haven't had the desire to wire it yet.

I posted this on the other forum. Thought there could be interest here for a discussion.

Here is a screenshot of my AEMdata log. The cursor is the vertical blue line where it hits wastegate pressure. Top right legend is the data at the cursor point. FYI, timing peaks at 8200 at 12* and holds. Boost curve is bizzare!

Here is the virtual dyno chart from the pull shown in the log above. This is the untrimmed version and smoothing at 1 instead of 3 I posted earlier. 3 made the HP flatten that you noticed. The crazy tq/hp spike down low correlates to the rpm rise you can see in the log which is before my tq converter couples. As you can see above, I quickly blow through the spool area, straight to wastegate pressure

Used the boost controller. 1/4 turn did what I needed. Virtual Dyno is now completely useless IMO for the auto. This is a 3rd gear short pull vs a couple others from today where it was just WG pressure. Negative timing at 5k where boost hits. I think it's not enough timing up top but it still pulls like a raped ape.
