Read the report, then tell me you have no doubt the balls were tampered with in that game and Brady was part of it. If you think the data is proof positive, I cant help you.

Unless someone admits to altering the balls after being approved or real evidence turns up, I maintain their innocence. Calling them cheaters based on this garbage report is a stretch.

No one admits they are culpable, while - if i remember correctly - all the the balls except one the Patriots used were under-inflated.

I haven't heard this disputed by anyone, which very reasonably indicates the fact is accepted as truth by all parties.

The basic chain of custody is intact, yet no one can say for sure the balls weren't 'visited' by scurrilous individuals.

Reason also indicates the roster of people who accessed (or could have accessed) the balls is finite and provable, ergo one of those people is the guilty party, no two ways about it.

I suppose the possibility that over a dozen (all except one, remember) footballs could spontaneously and similarly deflate without human involvement should be weighed...but wait - could the spirits of Wilson Sporting Goods' porcine donors be to blame?

Kevin, the balls were under inflated by the amount they should be with the temperature change, known as the "Ideal gas law" states. 3 of the 4 Colts balls were also under inflated at half time, however they were not re-inflated as the league chose to use a different gauge for the Colts balls than the Patriots balls. Literally every early report of the Patriots balls being under inflated was wrong, this is in the report. The patriots balls were ALL within the ideal gas law predicition except I believe one.
