    flash ecu with gm maf

so i got my car tuned and it works really good, my tuner was scared of the combination of the maft t with gm maf so he only tuned me at 18psi with e85. i want to go higher the only thing we cant figure out is that we keep getting code 24 (barometric pressure sensor) on evo scan. i replaced the gm maf with a new one and still keeps coming back. i check for 12 volts on the connector and its good. any ideas? should i just switch to evo maf?

    i meant code 25 not 24

I would like to see pics, but if I'm not mistaken, the GM maf's don't come with baro sensors in them. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

The MAFT is supposed to send the ECU a baro signal.

Yup, sounds like something is miswired. Check the maft manual.

    Yeah, a constant signal. That's right. I couldn't remember.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead, but was this ever resolved. I'm having a barometer malfunction code and the check engine light keeps coming on. Evo scan shows a constant signal from the translator for both air temp and baro signal. I'm running a jesters and a gen 2 translator with a gm 3"

Can you just go into the peripheries and turn off the fault?

I don't think it's that simple. The periphery only disables the CEL. I believe the error is causing the trims to not fuction. I have everything else working but it won't adjust the trims. I have very few peripherys selected anyway because I'm full vacuum reduction, no EGR, no ABS, no AC, and no cruise control. What periphery would I check for a " barometer circuit malfunction code 105" in ecuflash? I'm using evoscan to report the DTC. I am up-to-date with 2.9 as well. Again, evoscan is showing constant reading for all my logs.
