93 TT engine and harness in 92

image.jpg First off I will state that I got a jap spec engine in, but wanted to run a 93 harness and ecu in it, before I had a 92. Can anyone tell me what or where these two ends go? They don't have them on the 92 harness. Oh and the o2 sensor by the front fuel ejectors, is that for a front or back? Lol to be honest I'm almost tempted to put the 92 cas on and run that harness again.

Not for the radiator is it? On the early cars the radiator fans are controlled by a pair of temp sensors mounted directly on the radiator. For the newer cars (I think 92+) the ecu controls the fans.

Also if it's a JDM engine and harness the JDM GTO only runs a single o2 sensor that connects just before the cat so there is no wiring in the engine bay for it. That plug must be for something else. If you are still running a 92 ecu I would swap all the 92 specific wiring onto the new engine and CAS. Go to stealth316 and look up the page about swapping between cas models etc. There are latency issues that will effect timing.

No I had put in a 93 harness, and the pic is from that harness. I have a 93 ecu, but at this point I'm almost tempted just to put everything that's 92 back on the new engine scenes I'm familiar with that set up

If you have a 93 engine, ecu and harness then you may as well stick with it. I do suspect however that those plugs are for the radiator. You might need to look at a 93+ car to compare. That big one is also about thr right size and shape for the ISC under the throttle body. The smaller one could also be the vehicle speed sensor on the gearbox.

That's what it was, the ISC and speedo sensor. Of coarse scenes I run a cable it's not needed. Now it just makes me curious what the plug on the firewall is that fit the ISC was for. I guess if I run into to many issues I can always put the old CAS on and run my 92 wiring and harness.
