91-93 Chromed ecu -power signal not detected?

Hey All, I've a question for anyone good with Jesters chromed 91-93 ECU. I've got all the hardware and software equipment needed for this but have been unable to read from the chromed v2 ECU. FlashECU with opened ROM attempts to connect and times out. EVOSCAN also with definition file loaded comes up with error "less than 5volts detected" So this leads me to think I've not got the red power wire and pin connected correctly. I have the cars flash port wired to pin 2 and pin 6 to the adaptor harness supplied with the ecu. Reading up on the jester ecu pins I have the grey connector with the yellow and red wires coming from it. When I read up on it I should have yellow wire in pin 51 (pin in the grey connector) and the red power wire in pin 77 (which is an occupied pin in one of the other harness plugs)? Pin 77 has a white wire in that pin location already so I'm unsure to replace the pin with this one for the red flash power wire or to splice it onto that pin wire? The grey connector that was shipped with the ecu had both the yellow and red wires already pinned into it (so at first thought this should just work as it was sent to me once pinned into the flash port and connected to the adaptor harness and tactrix open port 2 cable. Anyone can shed light please chime in! Thanks

The power wire on my OBD2 connector is also dead.

'91 RT/TT with Clone ECU and Bret's harness. I haven't messed with it enough to troubleshoot why my power wire is dead.

Had this exact same issue with a customer's 93. Turns out there were two pins in the wrong places in the OBD1-OBD2 adapter. The flash jack and the 12v had to be switched, and then everything was right as rain .

I have this all sorted now.

Adam confirmed what type of pin configuration is for my ECU and where to wire in the red power flash wire from the ecu to the reflash port.

    Thanks all!

    Just to be clear.
The red wire is in pin 56 and yellow wire is in pin 51.
The red wire will put out 12v when the car is on.
The yellow wire goes to pin 6 in the corner of the obd1 plug by the fuse box.
The red wire goes to pin 2 of the obd1 plug.
When the obd1-obd2 adapter is plugged into the obd1 connector, the red wires will align and the yellow wire from the ecu will align with the black wire to the stereo plug.

Thanks mate! I got this sorted using the wiring pin connections you have outlined above.
This information is helpful for future because if I need to pull the ecu or disconnect anything I can look back to this thread to re connect it.
I've been happily logging and flashing for a few weeks now.
Very happy I bought this and very happy with the support received with configuring it!
