I swapped just the bulb. The ballets stayed. It worked so the bulb is bad.

I was wondering why the wires on the passenger side were spliced... Figured maybe the original connector got damaged in an accident or something.

    I did.

The label on the bulbs said 9006/6 which I assumed meant 6000k?

Shoulda been 5k. The fogs are 5300, i wanted them to match as best as possible even though the brightstar fogs are of worlds higher quality.

Still waiting for my head lights and tags. Decided to get rid of the bright red in the engine bay. There was also some touch up stuff still bugging me.

Swapped in new OEM wires and installed the 99 plenum.

Broke my damn FPR solenoid though.

I was going to mount it on the plenum like the 99 purge solenoid and accidentally busted off the top nipple when pushing the solenoid into the mount.

On the plus side, I got another metal y-pipe. This one fits a bit better.

When I got it I was told it was a DNP pipe but its just some knock off. It's not a big deal because it fits though.

    One last detail:

Greg if those are the Dorman splined lugnuts I would see about getting yourself some others. I had those on my Grand Prix because the factory lugs were garbage. Long story short, got a flat on my way to work. Went to break lugs loose and the thin ass socket cracked.

I put anti-seize on the threads and I won't be driving in the salt. Not too worried about them sticking.

I don't imagine that y pipe holding onto the coupler too well....looks like the bead is on the bend.

I was worried about that too till installed it and saw that the coupler (its a reducer actually) goes on square with the bead and the throttle body. The space the coupler provides is how the piece installs squarely.

I always tug HARD on the y-pipe after installing it to see if its in good. It passed the tug test.
