Maybe I was spoiled with the C16 results but there was a HUGE difference between the two. I won't run anything other than C16 on top of 93 when making glory pulls.

Like Greg said, I wouldn't do that if I were you. Besides, you are still running E85 all the time, right? That stuff seems to have quite a high ceiling for power capability.

nah, im not going to. The only thoughts I had was to use a fuel that would show up on the knock sensor to help find what the engine likes in general. Then when going back to the better fuel you'd be plenty safe. Since e85 doesn't really show knock on our setups you just have busted parts before you know it.

Correct. It's a lot like a fuel trim.

At least now I have an explanation for what I seen instead of adding timing quelled knock, lol.

Keep up the great work. I'll be ready to start tinkering again soon.

yeah on my old car the first pull of the day would sometimes have some knock and the rest wouldn't. The evo guys at least say not to make adjustments to your tune unless you can get it to knock in the same place each time. A little risky, but they have a little more forgiving bearing setup.

    Nice.
That was some horrible knock on that example log.

Man! I was wondering why the white stealth would knock so bad and was pulling timing. Bet it is that damn 3sx pulley.

Yeah it's a good thing this car doesn't make any power otherwise the owner would be in trouble.

Maybe but doubtful. The consistent increase in noise should eventually get filtered out.
