With above check the timing for sure. It would have to be something seriously wrong to throw the numbers off that much. Even with leaky rings

Are the cam gears swapped, and are you sure #1 is tdc when marks are good?
Is the tester new, or rented? Try putting some oil in the cylinder. If the compression does not change the tester is crap.
Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

Ignore it all for the stroker!![]()
The CAM gears are the modified ones that Jackhammer did. I put #1 on TDC on the crank and watched the piston come up as well, then verified the CAMS were where they needed to be. Did this around 6 times, lined up perfect every time. Did you watch the video? That starter sounds pretty weak to me, which would be a reason for the low compression. If the starter can't rotate the engine fast enough it isn't going to build. The tester is a rental and I put oil in the cylinders. Stop bringing up the stroker, thought of that damn thing at least a dozen times today! LOL Need to verify this thing is toast and hopefully pin all my issues on the engine before I throw a fresh motor in there and risk messing that one up.

It's crap, go for the stroker.
Haha!
Seriously though, that starter is struggling. Can you crank the engine by hand? It's not "easy" but with the plugs out it shouldn't be that difficult. If you have a very hard time turning the motor, there is something more serious wrong (like hydro-lock or worse).
Stupid question... You have the clutch pushed in and the trans in neutral while doing this right? Please don't be offended but I have to ask.

Some of those autozone comp testers are crap too. Or may have a bad o ring.
I am really at a loss guys and I don't think it's the engine Hence me not wanting to move up to the stroker yet. I don't want to take it to the stealership, but I'm at that point! I put in a different starter and it's doing the same damn thing! I threw a 3/8's ratchet and extension and there is absolutely no binding whatsoever! Tranny is in neutral so it should be getting hung up on the clutch. If it was I'd have a hard time manually turning the crank. It just all of a sudden started doing this and it's pissing me off! What else could be causing this? The battery is showing 13 volts and I even hooked cables to a running car and it still does the same thing. If my compression was bad how long do you think the gauge would hold pressure? I have 55psi on #4 and it's been holding steady for about 20 minutes now.
Have taken the time to verify the timing did not jump on the crank sprocket?

Yes, I put #1 piston on TDC by watching it come up and then by verifying the notch on the damper was on TDC by looking at the deal on the timing cover. After that I checked the CAM gears and they were aligned as well. I did this multiple times, so unless the damper is off the timing is good.
Went back out to test again how easy it was to turn the crank with just the ratchet and extension. #4 was still at 55psi after an hour on the gauge. Like I said, it is fairly easy, quite possibly by hand turning the harmonic damer but since I can't get my hands in there who knows. Anyway, I turned the ratchet as fast as I could to see how much further the crank would rotate and I got a weird sound. You can hear it in the video, almost sounds like it's the ratchet making the noise, but it's not. Also, it only does it if I turn it real fast.

Check your starter wires for corrosion. A voltage drop in the main harness can slow the starter or even worse keep it from cranking.
Jeff
Edit: That noise in the second video doesn't sound very good at all.
