About that. It's around $40 out here, plus shift diff. Depending on how much overtime they want to work, most people on her unit make $75,000-$110,000.
The big killer is the cost of living is less in Arizona.
Most unions back there were paying journeymen $25-$32 per hour, with tons of overtime. I know I was working 6 12's for a couple months. During that time most of what I did was drive a 4x4 truck along transmission line right of ways. It had a winch to. Good times.
