rebuild or replacement 6-speed trans for VR-4

The throw-out bearing just went on my 1997 3000GT VR-4 and I need to find a local shop to replace the clutch.

Since my car has 107,000 miles on it, I want to have the synchros replaced and the trans rebuilt.

Does anyone know where I can get a rebuilt 6-speed transaxle for my car?
Or parts in case the shop can rebuild it?

Any other options or suggestions are greatly appreciated
