The Official Flash Games thread

Well seeing as we have threads for just about everything else here on 3sgto, I thought it might be neat to add something which can serve as a massive time-waster and/or entertainment. I enjoy flash games frequently, since they're free, and can be a bit more in-depth than smart-phone games. And before anyone asks, no I don't have a smartphone--I don't need one.

And now on with the games (I have an armor games account, in case you're wondering). Here are some of my favs:

These Cursed Treasure & Incursion are both tower defense games. Steampunk Tower is another kind of tower-defense. Civilizations wars is more like a rudimentary RTS, but still very fun. Crush the Castle is what the developers of Angry Birds ripped off in order to sell their own game. Epic War Saga is the latest in a line of Epic War games and has a fair amount of depth; it's a side-scrolling 1 on 1 war style game. It's like an advanced version of Age of War.

Someone spends a lot of time on Armor Games site...LOL

Crush the castle is one of my favorites. Although since I got my iPad mini I really only play games on it now. Mainly Clash of Clans!

If I do play I like to play HTML5 games. Flash is on it's way out. Being a programmer I need to keep up to date on things.

I completely understand. I don't think flash is dead though. Apple may wish it were, but it's not. There's still new games being released on it all the time.

This one came out within the last 6 months or so. I've been on engineering.com and a few other places as well...but Armor has most of the stuff I play all in one place. Kongregate is another one that's very good.
