You should be able to wrap the whole thing and only need to stitch the circular part account the opening of the gauges themselves. I think it was DuTTch that had a new pod built that sits on top of the stock 3 gauges. Stitching looked great on that thing. Everything needs to be double stitched when it comes to leather.
