Took the 2nd half off, as usual. Thankfully, they put up plenty in the 1st to assure a win. Sloppy, but I'll take any win after 4-8 last year.

Next up, Lubbock. I have a feeling WV is in for a helluva fight. Tech has got to be getting pissed about how turrible they've been. Really need this win; TT is one of 3 B12 teams that WV has not won against(OU and KSU being the others).

With the team struggling and an early kickoff scheduled for Saturday, the Texas Tech Athletic Department is trying to find inventive ways to encourage students to come to the game. Well, they found one that might just do the trick. This weekend, they will be giving away 10,000 waffles to students as part of a "Turn Down For Waffles" promotion.
