So Oregon, Bama, Ohio State and Florida State is what I'm expecting (in that order.)

I think the battle was always for the 4th spot.

TCU had a hollow celebration, yah we are co champs and we just beat probably the worst team in division 1... Iowa State! Yah wow celebrate!

Baylors schedule was pretty low besides TCU. I am sure it wasn't an easy call.

I think the story line for OSU helps. Two Heisman QB's lost, other issues and going nuts on wisky...

Now we have to play Bama maybe the playoffs need a "wildcard" game if called for... They should have had OSU play Baylor for that last spot.

I don't care what you say, Baylor BEAT TCU... that head to head matters in the selection committee rules. That was the big 12 championship I guess.

Thing is, no matter what they say: people will still have complaints until it is a tournament of conference champions.

No one is ever happy with anything. Hell look at the NCAA Basketball tournament. It was 64 teams for 15 years and people bitched when they were left out. They added a 65th and people bitched. They started considering making it a 128 team tournament, which is downright ridiculous and takes making the "eliteness" of making the tourney not so elite. They still expanded it to 68 teams and people are still bitching.

As much as I despise Ohio State, it would have been equally as shitty if they were sitting at #5. They deserve a shot just as much as TCU and Baylor do.
