Wonder if the TPS could be set wrong, so its never at the switch telling the ECU its at closed throttle.

Befor condeming your ECU, fit the stock MAS. It sould be at least drivable with the 550`s in there just don`t got WOT for long as you`ll be massively overfueling..

On all models the Check Engine Light should turn on for about five seconds when you first turn the ignition on. That's the ECU performing bulb test on power up. As you noted, the turbo models will move the factory boost gauge to zero until you start cranking and then back to zero when you stop if the engine doesn't start. While cranking it should move to the vacuum side of the scale.

as of now it seems i will try to mess around with my o2 sensors. the ecu is acting as it should except for the o2 trim and fuel trims... im not really sure what the issue is as of now.

although i bought a downpipe and new o2 sensor, we will see what happens. it seems i am just staying in open loop and never switching to closed loop which is causing me to run super rich 24/7

the check engine light does come on for 5 seconds, and my "boost" gauge (load meter lol) goes to zero when the ign is on, and then vacuum when cranking. everything is acting as it should except the fuel/o2 trims.

You shouldn`t have to lean on the trims; if you`re running super rich your tune`s not right.. The ECU won`t go into closed loop if you`re that far out to begin with.

well when i had stock mas on it, the o2 trims and fuel trims were still at 100%. and that has nothing to do with my tune, thats 100% ecu... im not jumping to conclusions, i have thought a lot about it
