    Windscreen wipers

    Another post from me lol

My windscreen wipers will not park correctly and also will not work on intermittent (not sure if thats why they wont park or not) I have changed the window wiper motor but to no avail. Any ideas again on what else could be causing this?

    ps i have a mk 1 TT

The switch controls the intermittent function iirc. That's the only other thing it could be. Unless you got a bad motor again, that's what controls park.

No ive tested the motors on another gto and there working fine. So because the intermittent function doesnt work do you think thats whats stopping them from parking properly?

If you have another one to test with try trading your control switch.

WHat do you mean when you say "they will not park correctly?"

When you turn the wipers off they stop wherever they are instead of returning to the bottom of the windscreen

Is removing the switch an easy operation?

You must have a moisture problem where you're at. The instrument cluster and now this. If the car is going to sit a bit longer you might want to put something in it like this.

    or this

Change them out when they get full
