    lmi td04 rear ic adapter??

ok, so lmiturbos.com has a adapter that gets rid of the bolt on rear ic pipe and lets a guy use a clamp on style coupler. but there is no picture of this thing!! so anybody got one? the site says 55$$. can you get different sized adapters? do they come with a 90 degree bend to not hit the hood? can i get a holler from somebody who is a dealer for lmi to answer this?

Stay away from LMI. They owe a lot of people, a lot of money. No one is a dealer for them anymore.

sounds like it's just a pipe with a flared end so you can use a silicone hose and customer piping. Basically the stock hard pipe cut off and flared. Just cut your stock one and leave a few inches then take to a welder and get him to weld a lip on it so the hoses won't blow off.

just cut most of the bolt ear off the rear turbo, then cut the ear off the stock hardpipe and then use a 2" to 1 5/8" silicon coupler.

There is no "we" in lmi, it is just some guy named warren in a garage who purposely screwed people over. I would know that he screwed people over because I have seen what he has done first hand.

Yes you could but I would take the housing off and take it to a machine shop, explain what you want and they will take care of you. Expect it to cost more than 55 bucks too.

At least it is done the right way.

I would never pay for this garbage. People have put down good numbers with out it, why would you want it? Just replace your O ring and call it a day.
