    Cool Tubular front crash bars

I made a custom tubular crash bar, since no one else is currently (or reliably) making them, just finished 2 of them and will have 2 more welded up tonight / tomorrow, and should be done and back from powdercoating by the end of this week.

The bar is made from 13ga 1.5" steel tube, mandrel bent, welded to 3/16" steel bracket and rectangle tubing, and will be powdercoated wrinkle black. Each will be test fitted to ensure proper fitment. Works well with my '99 front bumper and FMIC with room to spare and should fit all years and style 3/S. They do use the stock struts so should provide some crash protection, although since they are not crash tested or certified they are of course 'Off road use only'.

I do intend on making a total of 6-10, I currently only had enough brackets to cover 4 of them but will have some more made up if there is further interest.

Cost is $200 + shipping including powdercoat.

lol Shit. Would've loved to have grabbed one of these, but money is tied up with Christmas stuff and fuel hat conversions. How long do you plan on offering these? I may pick one up if I get some of the hats sold.

once these first 6 are gone, it totally depends on how much interest there is, since its cheaper to get the coatings done in a batch rather than one at a time. As long as I can make 4 or so and they don't sit around forever.

I don't quite have those skills but know some who do. Honestly never really thought our crossmembers were that heavy though
