    If you have a 4 bolt motor, it's a moot point... The older version wouldn't fit.

    its just a dust shield, there are a few gaps it fills, without it debris could get in the bell housing

    Yeah I have a 4 bolt. So the earlier one won't fit on a 4 bolt? Would the later one fit on a 2 bolt?
