My 7950 runs Arkham City, Deus Ex Human Revolution, RIFT, D3, Mechwarrior Online, Skyrim, Metro 2033, Borderlands 2, etc. at max for 1920x1080p. Really for that large of a resolution depends on how much memory is on the card, more memory is better for larger resolutions. However, I can't say for certain. A single 7950 should outperform dual 6850 either way.
Mods: 2g 3k body conversion, 2g Brake upgrade, Rota P45R rims
Projects: Interior sound deadening, 14Bs, forged bottom end, custom radiator and sound mounts

The combined DDR5 memory on my cards is 4GB

I really should have went with SSD but at the time I needed more storage. The CPU isn't bad though 6 cores running 3.9Ghz and still retails for around $1,000. Even the 4930MX is still half the bandwidth of this chip and cost more money.

I'm pretty sure I got my answer Maybe I'll just upgrade to SSD and get a better video card setup.

Upgrading to SSD will change your mind about anything else you've done to a PC. Huge difference.

SSD can certainly help, no doubt. good thing it comes standard on this:

    MSI GT60 2OD-261US Gaming Laptop

looks like they're running out of matte screens though...gonna have to get one soon.

Very nice! Do you prefer a track pad or external mouse?
