Can you link some info you used to get this DA?

I know where I am located near Ft Benning my elevation is 300ft. I don't know what Atlanta's elevation is. Battleground is just north of Atlanta in Smyrna if your handy calculator can find that. I would assume anything under 0 would be covered with water.

There are places that are physically below sea level, but they obviously can't be on the coast
However, DA is the relative density of the atmosphere which is affected by weather so it can easily be below sea level even if the ground physically isn't.

I also want to clear the air here as there have been some not so good reviews from tuning done at Battleground. Their sole purpose in this adventure is to provide the testing equipment. I built my car from the ground up. There was nothing subcontracted out here. Everything put together with my hands and polished with my hands. That being said I am the only tuner to destroy it, if it happens. They require one of their people operate the car on the dyno and that is the ONLY thing they will do. I feel right now the tune is set for both pump and race gas. I will simply raise the boost pressure with the race gas added.

The timing map is fairly aggressive and since Greg E has enabled the CEL to come on at a preset knock count through Chrome, the driver will be instructed to pull out as soon as he sees it light. We will then go back and reevaluate what needs to be done. I scheduled 2 hours to tweak if needed but I feel I will only need 5 pulls max. 2 on pump and 2 with race gas added and maybe 1 more if not convinced it's at the edge. This is a raised compression engine so seeing 30psi is probably not going to happen. I won't write off the idea of it but once I feel it's getting close I'll stop and hopefully enjoy my drive back home he he.

Thanks for that!!! I think the appointment was for 3PM. They have a 1.5 month lead time for scheduling dyno time so it was scheduled nearly a month ago as of today. Thanksgiving pushed it out a little further so I snatched the earliest date that fit my schedule and theirs.

Great mod list. Car looks tits. How's the car feel? Only thing holding you back that I can see would be the 680 injectors.....

Thanks!!! It is an absolute hoot to drive. Like I said before it is SIGNIFICANTLY faster than my old 19T setup. It's very rigid because nearly the entire powertrain is solidly mounted.

The injectors run at 67-68% DC up top according to evoscan (I never actually crunched the numbers). 1600ml/min straight methanol helps a little in that department

Do your own tuning and watch the operator closely. Not sure if you've seen George Benson's thread on the other website. George does have some bad luck, but I've also had my own experiences with Battleground. I had them install an AEM EMS on my old 95 Vr4 in 07 and their master tuner Dan charged me 16hrs (dyno hrs) to tune it and the car ran like shit. It would idle @10.6 and 10.0 @ WOT. A very bush league operation..

Yes, I read his thread. I asked if they would let me drive it but, they said no. Top Speed would not grant a "tuning session" as they only offered the three power pulls and get off. I've done the 3 pulls and get off elsewhere before and it's a joke. I like paying for time so they won't rush me. Battleground offered time so they get the business. Regardless of reputation they are the closest Dynojet facility and as long as the driver obeys the CEL everything will be fine. I will be watching over his shoulder and haven't posed the question yet but, would like to be in the car during the pulls. At least then I can watch the loggers.

Interested in seeing where the 680's get you on pump/meth.

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!
