This is to see if there is enough interest to get a group buy going for 10 plenums. These are from Excessive Manufacturing using the lower half of the NA Plenum mating up to their tank.













3.5 liter tank volume.

Available in Driver or Passenger side version.

Plenum Tank welded to provided runners: (regularly $510) $412.00 (size/brand TB needed for flange size)

Options

1: Port, and polish runners. Includes gasket match runner for lower intake. $120.00
2: Weld mounting point for rear IC pipe. $25.00 (option for passenger side only)
3: Q45 TB w/TPS, and fixed 2.5" pull cable bracket. $168.00
4: Shorten runners to desired length. $75.00
5: Possible port/polish/port match lower plenum. $120.00
6: Tank cleaning runners before sending. $10.00
7: Custom TB flange made & welded on. $60.00 (will need dimensions)

Other TB Flanges are available, the Q45 is the only TB they have in stock.

Not included:

- NA runners you supply
- Shipping/Packaging/PalPal Fee (I will break down the GB fee equally, and add to shipping cost)
- Hot tanking, all runners must be tanked before I deliver to them. (I will have a price soon, or you have done before shipping)

I am making absolutely nothing on this so this must be as easy as possible to complete. All runners will be had before taking to the tanking, and then to Excessive. This will not get strung out over months just to get off the ground. If there is interest I will need ideas of when runners will be on their way here, when money will be had, and will set this up with Alan, and post PayPal info.

This will not be 100% plug & play!!!
- Kiss you EGR goodbye.
- Vacuum lines will need changed/routed.
- Throttle cable & mount will need attention.
- OEM rear plenum supports will go as well
- Charge Pipe/coupler may need some adjusting.

FYI No polishing/coating will be done. I thought about offering it through my coater, but do not want to hassle with it.

I'm down for this... How big is the plenum opening? 90mm? Have you researched any alternatives to the q45 Bill? Can we do our own porting or is that included?

Port matching the runners to the chamber is included, the option for port/polishing the runners all the way thru, and gasket matching the bottom is there.
Any size opening you wish can be made.
They have a huge variety of flanges.

Not researched any other TB's. There are other options that can be done as well, but I hit all I could think of for now.

Whats the turn around? I already have a q45 throttle body and diamante intake manifold. My lower intake manifold is already port and polished. Would I be able to send that as well for them to match?

He asked about matching the lower plenum, but we came to staying away from complicating things with as few different requests as possible. Thus why the option for the runner to lower gasket match. Now if you trim the gasket to match you lower... In the end if there is interest I guess we could add porting matching the lower to the list. I just figured it is not hard to do if you have the tools.

Turn around will depend on number of options, and peeps, but I would imagine in the 2 week area once they receive them.

I sent a pm to Bill to answer my noob questions. I'll jump on for the deal. Did some reading and found some answers for myself. I'll be in for the most basic setup since I am currently running 13ts and fmic on stock engine. Now why do we have to use NA runners?

The na runners are 2 piece, and can be welded, or bolted to the tank. They also have a flange built in to be able to do that...
