Headlights dull on my 1994 gto

I'm running 80w 9006 bulbs and the lights are so dull they don't even register on the lux headlight tester.
    They are the glass lenses
    They are getting 13 volts
I've done the robo headlight mod 2 years ago so the glass lenses are clean inside

Someone suggested the reflectors may be tarnished ? Behind the glass projector lenses ????

I don't want to put these back into the oven and strip down just too prove this theory .. Anyone else had dull headlights ????

If they are damaged reflectors are new ones available ??????

Thanks guys , just I can no longer legally drive my beloved gto until it passes the Roadworthy test (MOT)
Which it's now failed on these lights

Unless you sprayed water in there... the reflectors should be fine. But no, you can't just replace the reflectors, you would need to replace the whole inner assembly. And of course to do that, you need to buy a whole headlight.

However, the projector lenses themselves could be dirty. I've taken apart plenty where they were very foggy for whatever reason.

How old are your bulbs? Any way you could put in HIDs?

Be careful putting in 100w bulbs... you can easily melt your harness.

Well, the projection eyeballs are "frosted" but sometimes they get this film on them.

Other than bulbs, nothing is available separate from the headlight housing.
