I hate to burst your bubble either but those turbos will probably smoke after you install them. I'm 99% sure I know where that kit came from. The last owner didn't run them. The previous owner didn't put many miles on them and had some smoke back in 2011 when he last ran them. The guy he bought them from had one of Matt's DR turnkey cars the one he ran 10.69 with these turbos. I had a the DR-900 kit off Matt's red 95 VR-4 that put down 714AWHP. Since they hadn't been used for a few years the seals dried up, the turbos leaked, and they smoked so both had to be rebuilt. I wanted to at least forewarn you in case of a "surprise" when you get it all running. You won't be able to take off enough time to wait for the turbos to be rebuilt and sadly any T3 replacement will be as much as you paid for the whole kit. Also, you will need to move the front oil drain an inch lower in the oil pan.

Thanks for the heads up. At least if i see smoke ill know its not from my valve stem seals. I was really close to replacing these turbos with a pair of 6262's but decided to run these first. I guess i might be pulling the trigger on the 6262's a little early. The car is getting closer but i spent almost all day chopping fire wood and the rest of the day making a new front motor mount. The car is progressing though and getting close to firing up.

EDIT: has anyone ever run these Turbonetics 60mm turbos? T4 Comp Inducer 60mm T3 Turbine Inducer 57mm. I was looking at them for a while but i dont think ive ever seen any 3S run a set of turbonetics.
