Also this tool is the best thing I have ever bought, it's called the "mix n chop" from The Pampered Chef. Love this thing!

Chili, soups and stews - fill the freezer.

An occasional batch of my world-class mac-and-cheese.
Ranked No. #1 in initial quality

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

    McFryer Eggs.

    4 strips of bacon
    3 eggs
    1 English Muffin

Cook up the bacon in a pan to keep the grease
    Break up the bacon
Drop muffin chunks in and mix it up a bit
Drop in eggs, and mix it all together so it's in big clumps.

    Om nom nom.

I don't really have a "cold weather food" I eat everything year round.

And I'd like to know what you consider "cold" in NC. Its 50* here and its not cold.

It's cold in NC? lol We go to New Bern, NC to get away from Wisconsin winters. I grill out all winter long, snowing, below 0°, I don't care. Chili does sound good.

So far, I said it was 'chillier'....it isn't cold yet. And no, it doesn't get 'New England cold' down here, but for those of us acclimated to the NC seasons, it does get cold at times. But I grew up in WV, so even the winters here are mild still.
